Follow these simple steps:

Step1:Under Customer Care, Click on the Feedback/FAQ tab

Step2:Insert your keyword/s in the space provided

Step3:Click on "Search"

Step4:Wait for your results

If the results do not address your query,do the following:

Step1:Click on the Feedback/FAQ tab

Step2:Click on the "Enquiry/Feedback" tab

step3:Complete the form including Enquiry Information(Ensure that all the mandatory information is submitted in the form.)

Step4:Click on "Continue" and provide your contact details

Step5:The System will tag your query with a Reference number

Once this is complete,your form has been successfully submitted to South African Express for processing
